Queen of Everything
Introducing Charlotte
Charlotte is our beautiful queen. She goes by many names. Charlie girl, Charlize, Charles Chuckles, Charming Charlie and newly added Best Mommy. Our girl is treated as any queen should be. Here at Chez Shiloh, we feed our moms breakfast in bed while they feed their babies. We warm their meals up and provide delicious nutrient dense gravy over their favorite food (I don’t know if it delicious, but Charlie loves it!) To say she has me wrapped around her adorable paw is an understatement. As we do with our kings, we thoroughly vet our queens to make sure they are in the best condition for breeding. Charlotte has passed all of her screenings. Our queens receive special maternity care with our reproductive veterinarian. Charlotte is very intelligent and can perform tricks for treats. She comes when she hears the word treat, she sits, sits pretty, and gives high fives. She has the most luxurious coat and lengthy tail. As breeders we like to be able to show our cats but sometimes we have to make decisions in the best interest of the cat. Charlotte is completely miserable with show preparations. We tried with her, and she was not a happy girl. We opted to keep her home where she is at happiest. Like the title says Queen of Everything! Attributes we hope to breed forward with Charlotte are her keen intellect, large stature, gentle nature. gorgeous blue eyes and her long, beautiful tail.
Queen of Kindness
Introducing Josephine
Josephine is our seal tabby mitted. She has collected so many nicknames around here. She is known as Fifi, Fifi baby, Phoebe (Fifi Baby mixed), Beefy (Phoebe backwards), Beefy Butters and because she hangs with Charlotte whom we call Chuck- she occasionally gets called Chuck Roast! Josephine is the ultimate in kindness. Every creature in this home adores her. Whatever she has they all love! She embodies the Shiloh spirit! We are totally smitten with her. She is tender and nurturing to all the kitties. We think she will make an excellent mama. We are excited to see her develop this year. Fifi has passed all of her health screenings with flying colors and receives the same quality care all of our queens from our reproductive vets. She will be introduced to Jack around the end of August. This will be her first breeding. She is the quietest cat we have. She does not cry out for anything. It may be a challenge to determine her heat cycles. We hope to breed forward her incredible kindness and those adorable tabby markings. She may need extended time with our King. He won’t mind at all!
Queen of Mischief
Introducing Willamina
Willamina is our newest addition. She is a blue point mitted. She gives us cuteness aggression when we look at her gorgeous face! We just want to hug her, hold her, squeeze her, but she will have nothing to do with that! She has mischief to get into. She is curious and such an adventurer. She has an independent streak to her which can be a relief at times. She can self-entertain and make a game of anything. She had a heat cycle at 4 months! She is raring to go. She lives life in the fast lane. She brings comedy to our lives for sure! She is a little purr box as well and starts her motor instantly when you pick her up. It will be interesting to see her develop over the next few months. We often wonder if she will slow down after motherhood. She has passed all of her health screenings and is under the excellent care of our veterinary team.
We may choose to breed this one a little earlier than we usually do. It is hard for girl cats to constantly cycle without being bred. Since this little one started at the young age of 4 months, we will be watching closely to see how her health is doing. We would only breed her under the advice of our reproductive vet. That being said she will turn 1 on August 22nd. We will get as close to 14 months as possible with this little spit fire.
